One Word: Amazing.

I know i haven't updated this thing since a year and a half ago, but I just had to record my day yesterday. I cannot exactly put into words how AMAZING it was... it was just such a rare sort-of day that I had, a COMPLETELY spiritual day. Sure it started off with me not wanting to go to Chinese School (as usual), even if it was the last day. But of course, it was my graduation day and I did have to make a speech….which…surprisingy turned out all right. I was thankful that I did it live rather than pre-rehearsing/memorizing it like some of the other kids did. Hence I got LAUGHS. And LOTS of them. It was awesome. I eventually bumped into my mission buddy Kenneth (who’s been at Tri-City with me since the very beginning) and we decided to head to lunch at Pho’ Long. It was there that Jen (the Yen-my hero once again) called me up and asked me to do her a very out of the norm. sorta favor: Buy 2 squid. I mean sure I knew YA was having a BBQ (as she later told me) but callamari? I actually found out that they were gonna be playing Squid volleyball so I was like WHOAHHHHH OKAY. Sounds fun. So me and ken head to Ranch 99 nearby and we …buy 2 squid. But for such a bargain (God’s blessing)- $5. YUP. We decided to kill time at NewPark for an hour before heading to the park to meet up with everyone. At roughly around 130 we end up in the mission area @ Jen’s house. Start off making the YA BBQ THAT WAY sign….then posting it up at the stop sign before having it collapse and then having it lean it against the fire-hydrant much later…handing Marge the squid…eating teriyaki rice salad and drinking lipton green tea =]…being scratched to death by Margies cRAzY dog…that sorta stuff. The real fun started when we played Ameba tag, pass the dragons tail, SQUID VOLLEYBALL, then chasing each other with Squid guts and whatnot [it started off with targeting Sharon] =DD It was soooooo funny (and gross) and also, very very weird feeling like a kid all over again…I haven’t played tag and games since 6^th grade. But nonetheless, it was very VERY awesome. We concluded the day by having circle time with talking about mission’s current YA and the YA yet to come and then worship (which Sharon and I [somewhat] led while Calvin played guitar).

My highlight of the day started after I dropped Kenneth off @ his house. I decided to take Lij with me to visit Will and we ended up having (really) a totallll blast. We chatted outside next to my car for like half an hour or so before having will invite us inside to chill. In result, we ended up spending 5 memorable hours chatting about our [spiritual] lives, talking about mission/american people, joking around, Elijah updating Will on all the stories that he’s told me in the past including the one about how he used to be scared of me cuz I looked like I was ganster: Elijah: DOESN’T KELS LOOK GANSTER?? Will: YEAH she does, making fun of Elijah for not listening half the time: WE JUST SAID THAT ELIJAH, talking about North Korea , how Christ is SO coming and how we’re gonna be the generation to most likely see it happen, stinking up Will's bed/room with squid stench >____<,  watching hip-hop videos and other stuff on youtube, getting in trouble by our parents for not telling them where we were at 12 AM, and concluding the day with some awesome worship and prayer. It was really a special day for the 3 of us b/c we all knew that things like this rarely happen. Just…to have people you can not only feel socially connected with but spiritually connected as well. I guess having a friend group, let alone, a spiritual friend group that would always be there to support in prayer and song. Sure I got grounded from taking the car out for a week, but that doesn’t prohibit me from being thankful for the hours that the 3 of us spent together. If it wasn’t for the 2 of them and I guess me deciding to take Lij to see Will, I dunno what the heck I would’ve done with the extra time [I think they feel the same way too]. We took a picture at the very end of our day together [I'll show it once Will uploads the dang photos -__-]. But until then we’re known as Kelsey Elijah and Will. That’s why we’re K.E.W. =DDD

P.S.: We’re still looking for a T or L so we can be KEWT ^^ [Will’s suggestion] or KEWL [mine] so ask us for audition forms if you’re interested. JUST KIDDING. :D

japan: me and ivana walking after japanese guy with weird backpack while yelling english obscenities , commenting on how weird his backpack looked, and saying crap like," hey were talking to you dont you walk away like that!" in hopes of him understanding and turning around (apparently that didn't work out cuz he kept on walking with his friend, not understanding a single english word being thrown out at him), karoeke night, johnathon and mama mia, me and hit me baby one more time, singing out of tune (on purpose), "i love you" "who doesnt?", "michelles the dumbest, jonathons the ugliest, and im the most sarcastic, i make fun of both of them"-ivana, me and ivana finding a where for straight guy? shirt, jonathon and i starting the whole person swap thing for the people in our tour (well technically it was erin since he accidentally called jon kelsey), so jonathon or kelsey or kelsey or jonathon?, watching fireworks together from jons balcony during night of summer festival, our first and possibly last sleepover together in jons, going down to the ocean after fireworks and realizing that festivites are pretty much finnished, ditching the other annoyjng john along the way there, annnd those countless times of ditching him anyways, calling him a NOOOOOOOB!, deciding to walk up to sega and videogames and purikura, OUR translating japanese shows into english (hilarrioussss), h-i-l-double effin-arious (jonathons word), watching japanese obstacle course (insane stuff)and a couple of black people were doing it too, "emooooo- look! emo glasses!!"sighh-____-ivana, ivana downing her japanese wine almost instantly and wanting more (i secretly think she was almost drunk-oops not so secret anymore) and me being a wuss and taking in my cup sip by sip until i finally mustered enough courage to down the rest, me being a wimpx2 by zoning out after barely half a small cup full of rice wine-it was really disgusting though, erin and his icecream obsessiveness, ICEREAM EVERYWHERE!!! im craving for some now :[[, WASABI ICECREAM, the most unusual but the best!, porn title: fu** f*ck f**k (somehwere along that line?) "if that isn't porn i don't know what is"-jonny looking at porn brochures just cuz he thinks the titles are funny, ivanas awesome idea of interrupting japanese couples making out by riverside while going," HEY! this mochi is soooo good!!!" (cuz theres a famous mochi place nearby) "want some??", stupid american tourists =P us, HUGE RIPOFF where some guys outside are attempting to sell this one doll that follows your every command (jump, sit play dead, etc) jonny saw this as impossible and we realized that one guy was standing awfully close to the demonstrator and he had a magnet or invisible string of some sort. plus, he had his eye on guy an doll for even two hours after we went shopping. what was greater was the fact that some stupid white people had actually wasted 10 bucks and fallen for the stupid hoax. idiottttts,, giant tempura for dinnner, in flight from taiwan to japan we were walking up and down the aisles and since there was pretty much nobody on the plane we easily found seats for 5 in the center aisle (people thought we were insane for doing so but hey we are an insane group that does insanely ridiculous things like YOU KNOW >:] )

meeting up again in taiwan:  at waterpark, "GASP! what's that bandade doing on your arm? you cut yourself!?! cutter cutter cutter!!!!"-ivana and jonny (and no, i did NOT cut myself. stupid fatty ginormo mosquito bite that swelled up the entire lower half of my arm so i had to stick bandade over to prevent myself from scratching?), "the line got shorter!? but it just got longer you liar!!", "aw man i bet my hair turned straight again cuz it wasn't supposed to touch water until two days after i permed it!!!" "what it turned gay?" and me taking 5 whole minutes to try to figure out jonathons response har har, jon thinking iva screamed at him to let go of tarzan rope at waterpark when she really said," JONATHON YOU SUCK" and him letting go and landing in water with a sickening bellyflop, iva and jonathon reading park rules "oh that sucks kels, NO alcoholics on this ride im sorry!" -_______- because it seems as if im always on alcohal due to my constant, neverending, unexpecting insanity pretty much also known as my laughter, swimming against current in neverending donuthole water stream thing (that was fun), fooling around and making a relaxing time in tide pool a lot less relaxing, making a circle of us on tubes and doing some random chant with jonathon in the middle as our sacrifice to the gods, erin: EVERYBODY ON THREE, KICK JONATHON!", poor jonny trying to escape the hellish circle of kicking but failing since theres no way out other than ducking under gross water. me sitting crosslegged on watermat coming down and out of water slide-jonny:"how did you get yourself in that position?" cuz i was supposed to be lying bellyfaced down, jonathon giving me a piggy back ride in tide pool and erin thinking itd be funny to squish him jumps on top of me and therefore-yeah you can guess the rest, KELLY CLARKSON!!!! KELLY CLARKSON SING US ONE LAST SONG PLEASE!!!!!- i have no clue how i inherited that nickname. i guess from karaoeke night?

HAHA. guess where i am right now. :D GUESSS!!!!! okay then i guess not. but im in the coolest place at the coolest moment doing the COOLEST thing. updating my stupid xanga in a super rad hair salon here in taipei and getting my hair done ( along with tina's) at the same time :] plus as youve all noticed, THEY HAVE INTERNET AND they treat you to lemonade coke or sprite!!!!!! whooohooooooo so yeah. im just sitting here fooling around with this computer thingie thats built straight into the mirror...can't wait to see how my perm turns out. later loves oh yes the guy whos doing my hair said i was really kuh ai [cute] ^^ heheheh. water park tomorrow with my a w e s o m e lynbrooke kids!!!!

oh yes i also took studio pictures today (they turned out all right). and i had some special unexpecting guests come watch me ;] yeah iVANA michelly and johnny you know who you are, i loveee you guys.

by the way. i hate how the keys here are arranged so differently. its quite nervingg.
